Freelancing for Good

Our Nonprofit Showcase is a program that provides select nonprofits with a high quality Public Service Announcement (PSA) valued at $5,000-$8,000 dollars. This program is incredibly popular. So far we have uplifted nonprofits like The Idaho Diaper bank, Breaking Chains Academy and the Idaho Dental Foundation.

What makes this program really special is that this is a learning opportunity for aspiring filmmakers. We call this “Freelancing for Good.” Volunteers who are interested in developing their skills as a freelancer join us in all stages of this work; from the initial meeting, to the on set shoot all the way to the post-production work at the end. Our volunteers get an opportunity to learn technical filmmaking skills along the way & most importantly they get experience interfacing with a client, learning communication and business skills that will help them in the future as they freelance on their own.
