Film Gear Tutorial with Dreamweaver
This last Saturday, Dreamweaver Collective took our volunteers through a hands-on workshop on how to use our film gear. Our gear expert Zakk Denton showed off how to set up and use our Aputure 600 lights, our Blackmagic 6K digital camera, and our set of rails. Everyone who was there got a chance to get their hands on the gear and practice using it!
Dreamweaver Collective is a place where anyone can come in and start learning how to be a filmmaker - from operating lights and camera to screenwriting to organizing and producing shoots. No prior experience is necessary. We’re happy to teach anyone who wants to learn, from our workshops to our on-set productions.
The volunteers learning these skills last Saturday will have a chance to use them on set on our 2026 short film productions!
